Although our services are available to members from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., we know taking time out of your busy day to send an email may not always be the most convenient option—especially if you need assistance outside of regular business hours.
That’s why eCoalitions makes it a point to stay active on popular social media outlets such as Facebook and Twitter. If you need our help, please don’t hesitate to leave us a message via social media at any time of the day or night, and we will put you in touch with the appropriate representative or department as quickly as possible. As a matter of fact, we are typically able to respond to a Facebook message within minutes of receiving it.
As your Coalition membership website provider, we also want to know how we are impacting the communities we serve. We encourage you to share your feel-good stories, photos and videos with us on social media. Whether it’s a picture of an exercise or a video of a Coalition response, we’d love to see it!
